Thanks - you definitely get more for your money than with Proofide. Something like that food hide could work - would probably avoid the neats foot if it clogs leather. But just worried it might be too effective and make the saddle sag, or if I over hydrate it the whole thing could just break into soggy pieces!
Don't know if that scenario is a bit far fetched.
