Shame that Adidas, despite not being nike, are still a massive corporation obsessed with nothing but their profit line, fuck basic human rights, fuck everything that gets in our way. And lets just appropriate any "scene" that we think will help us market our product better.

No thanks.
If conditions are so bad, why do people work there?
(Not condoning it; just wondering)

i'm a bit lost with this argument, considering the computer you're using is probably a massive offender in the environmental and human rights departments.

the 8.5 shoe size limit is a bit weird! Adidas make shoes right? Of different sizes?
It's like a 64cm frame
ridiculous to look at
thats why they want a nice 54-56cm ( 8.5 shoe size ) top tube frame much more proportioned pleasing on the eye -

i would hope that 8 years on since that was published things have changed, but who knows.
but yea, no thanks.
also, to be honest, £350 sounds like a joke. face of an advertising campaign? how much coverage? how many mill are they gonna net from it? underpaid i'd say. so maybe nothing has changed in the last 8 years.
does sound like it could be a blast though. im just not that into it.

I've always seen myself as ur bane rather than urban. Happy to drop the e, if necessary.
I don't think anyone on here thinks of you as their bane, Clive.

yes but the 8.5 / 9 size bracket is the cutoff between normal nice looking sneaks and stupid looking ones that look like canoes. fact. small shoes look better.

The shoe size thing is due to them shooting next years products (SS11) so all they have now are production or sales samples of the shoes which are all made in one size US9.0 which is UK8.5 in adidas size range.

Because even though its shit, its better than subsistence farming where you work night noon and morning to keep yourself barely alive. If you're working in a factory/sweatshop, you get to meet people your own age, experience a bit more excitement with city life, have a few quid to do a small bit of socialising. People will put up (to a certain degree) with the mind crushing labour and horrible conditions because its preferable to bending over picking through the earth for the rest of your life.
Obviously neither situation should exist in that people in poorer countries should get fairer compensation for their work.

That's the size the sample trainers are. Always.
I fit the bill, have the time off work, but regrettably I'm way too old (by 15yrs at least) but I'd have done it and donated the money to the forum. After all it's been the "agent" in all of this.

? I'd think about it, earning more for a day's work than I do in a week has its attraction.

Thats a good idea.
So if anyone here does end up doing it, lets guilt trip them into coughing up :-)
