Waterloo Road, SE1, Right opposite Capital Tower/Underground Enterance, next to Sainsburys/Evans. Young lady (20-25?) His Vis Jacket, in middle of crossing, appears she went over the bars without a lid on, Nosebleed, and a few scrapes, Concious and talking. Police assisting. Offered assistance and first aid kit, by my offer was declined. That crossing is always full of muppets that don't look before they cross.....

saw this too, she looked a bit shaken but ok. also heard a bit of agro from hybrid commuter with someone on fixed i think as he didn't like it that you edged forward on to the green cycling bit, didnt see it just heard the acusing sarcy acusations. oooh waterloo was full of action!

I saw this also - Paramedics were attending by the time I passed. Could only assume by the precise location that it had been a collision with a ped.
