None of them are perfectly true, due to the way they are manufactured.
Regarding value, newness = +, tub = - . Seen pairs of tubs (f+road rear) go on tri forums for about 490, can't remember how old they were though.
Don't take it for a test ride, you'll hear the nice whooshing noise and then you'll have to buy it.
