Assuming it is the same guy, when the velodrome site was set up he was stealing photo's and reports from other sites without permission or acknowledgement. he would have just been a kid at that stage but it would make me a little wary because as teenslain said it's a lot of bike for the money. Oh and Ambrosia don't manufacture in the uk so he either means assembled or is bullshitting.
