Looks like it's late 1980's (newer fork crown, but older brake bridge).
In the 1st pic (same frame???) it has Campagnolo or similar sidepull brakes, so my guess is 363/365mm (or so) from wheel centre to brake bolt centre.
I think the size is before the change to piccolo brake arches (359mm, later 356mm).
