Hey Will, thanks again for the tip on location. We did end up on the wall by the ferris wheel and it was a good spot, got there at about 1pm though really we could have arrived after the "caravane" (i.e. around 3) as a lot of people shuffled around then, and we could have skipped the corporate sponsorship bullshit.
Was fairly fun, boring and exciting in equal measures though. I'm just now watching footage of the finish as there was no way I was gonna sit in the Champs Elysees all day just to get a good spot.
This is one of my favourite shots, I think it's the front of the pack on the next to last lap though I don't remember exactly.
