Help pricing a '87 Koga Mixte Traveller

Peeps of the good life,

My aunt just called me to ask if I was interested in her '87 Koga Traveller Mixte.
It's just a bit too small for me, so I told her I could check out how much it would be worth, before maybe putting it up (here).

She only send me these two pictures sofar, but I remember seeing the bike a year ago in perfect condition.
It was always stored inside, still has the original pump, waterbottle and saddlebag attached too and just had new tires fitted.

It has the drops like pictured on the male version.

So no high end stuff(?), but all in very good condition though.

Could one of you help me out or send me in a direction on putting a pricetag on this?

Size is 54, but could measure if that's c-c or c-t and what the effective tt is.
I'm 1.81m (= 5ft 9?).
