Be **very careful buying one of these. Headshock (and leftys) forks run on around 80 ball bearings and are subject to wear. I saw bikes with headshock fatty's that were only a few years old coming into my local c-dale shop and being totally f*ed. The fancy hollow cnc cranks also had a reputation for splitting. High end cannondale xc bikes were notoriously fragile too. This bike is from 1999 and if you manage to find one in good knick you'll be really lucky. Incidentally this isn't the top of the range model - there is an F4000.
