Got a beater bike sorted at the weekend only to have it pinched on sunday... If anyone sees an absolute heap of shit 26'' polished alu frame with a rear triangle that starts half way up the downtube and has dodgy red and blue anodizing dotted around the frame please kindly stop them and ask where they might have found said bicycle

As for the suitability of Bamboo... no question it will be strong enough, just don't know if I want to risk my nice wheels! Probably just pick up another beater of a bike for polo

Nah, I had only just put the slicks on it and fixied it up ready for polo and it got pinched out of neighbors basement in hastings where i was keeping it till thursday

Didn't get round to taking any pics, but might have a lead on who pinched it... I knew the knackered chain whip would come in handy one day :-)
