  • ^ thats great to hear. Hopefully this years new format means that its easier for everyone to find their level, and stick with that session. If you want more, bigger, faster, stronger, then there's always a harder session to do.

    Also remember, the weekend sessions are training sessions, aimed at fitness and skill. The Monday race training session, Wednesday track league and other weekend race meetings are where you get the chance to put that fitness and skill to the test.
