It's been much faster than that in the past!
I don't like doing a rotation at the end. It's nice when the final session turns into a scratch race and you can give it everything. The rotation never really sped up today, we got stuck behind the slow group on the last lap. Was disappointing.

It's not all about speed, it's about technique and track craft for the intermediates. If you want to race go to Monday nights.
