So far my preparation for this year's Dunwich has consisted of buying a fresh packet of cigarettes.
I might push the boat out and get some batteries for my lights next.

Looking at cycling on to an overland station after reaching Dunwich and having some food. If anyone is up for some Groupsave action is likely to be down at the beach by a reasonable hour, keep my number handy.

S/J has paid for a seat back but has bailed because someone bought him a cinema ticket and he'd rather go to the pictures.
Yup.

Despite the fact that i've only sat on a bike twice in the last 2 months, and have ridden a total of about 5O miles since april, have had barely any sleep the past few days, and have to get a train at 7am monday morning to spend 15hrs travelling up the country and back down again....A last minute decision has been made...
I shall be seeing you crazy kids at the start! :]

i'm struggling....
fucking furniture people haven't arrived and I'm not prepared at all....
really want to make it.
Will have to call it late....
what times the meet up? -
• #667
Where is everyone meeting in relation to the pub or will it just be wherever you can find space?
-
• #668
Meeting all around the Pub on the Park. If you somehow miss the heaving mass of cyclists, then you're a fool. :)
Forum people are usually a short way into the park from the gate right by the pub (end of the stub of Eleanor Road).
I think most people start gathering from about 7:30pm. The 'official' start time is 9pm, but many/most head off before that. Last year, people had started to leave insanely early.
