I suspect that the actual problem which these seek to address would be better expressed as "Riding on the road without an effective brake violates vehicular construction and use regulations in many states and nations, despite how cool you think it makes you look, and such violation constitutes a criminal misdemeanour or felony in certain jurisdictions". That would neither fit neatly on a sticker nor fit the feeble anti-authority posing of the perpetrators of this foolishness.
