I have the Specialized Romin SL - it's got the massive cut-out and is very good. I bought it to replace a Selle Italia C2 which left my... you know... totally numb.
The Romin saddle is very hard though - fine with well padded shorts but I'm wondering what a slightly more padded saddle would be like.
