I'm in 2 minds over this. 1) too much hassle, bc if it wasn't the guy would have sorted it out himself.
2) it looks like it has been dropped or knocked rather than crashed. I'd have thought it would take a hell of a force to make that sort of dent with a headset, fork, spacers/stem still on. And its hard to see how that would have happened looking at the rest of the frame.
