Stolen bikes

i saw a red and white cannondale ss/fixie being wheeled down the upper richmond road a few weeks back by some suspicious looking kid, not more than 15. didnt report because didnt know of this thread, but i am now. he tried to mount it a couple of times but it was too big. anyones?

edit: upper richmond road is putney, just south of the river.
