jinxkal, Bubblan is based out of stockholm, don't know when you sent your emails, but he's not on the forum much anymore so I wouldn't be too upset if he doesn't get back to you straight away. The only way to get hold of the frame is through him, the website is just a holding page, but look for d.a.m.p on facebook and send him a message through that.
when I spoke to him, last year september time, going price was approx 1295 USD, price was for frame and forks, both titanium.
Waiting on some insurance money to come through and I shall be purchasing one myself...

Bubblan is as said a busy man, but he do take orders on the frames, some he has home now and some there is a waiting time for.
I dont think he has any Ti´s home but maybe a few steel ones (earbeard)

I´ll let him know, and he will most likely write something here.
