If that doesn't work re-aline it again (I am being serious)
If that doesn't work go and get DISC BRAKE CLEANER!!! You can get it at an auto parts store for cheap. DON'T use anything else... you are just wasting your time. I don't care what anyone else says. Now clean the disc with it and use paper towel to wipe it down. The paper towel will be very black at first ... continue until it the the paper towel stays white. Clean the pads the same way. Now ride your bike at high speed and slam on the brake to mate the pad to the disc. People will argue saying don't slam on your brake, well don't listen to them. Do it my way.
If it is a howling sound then the brake is contaminated with oil. Then ... just do step three. You might (80% chance) need to replace the pads.
