Has anyone find out how to stop their disc brakes from squealing like a pig?

I have Avid BB7 MTN brake, and it always seemed to be squealing a lots which is bothersome, even though the advantage of it let people know I'm coming down on them, I've adjusted the pads, clean it carefully, etc. yet it still squeal like a mother's for 2 months already.

any solution? I've read any kind of grease or cleaning product is a big no-no.

Couple of suggestions...

are all the bolts on the mount and on the disc noice and toight?

Or are you supposed to set toe in?
