For sale is a raleigh 531c team prestige road frame 1984/1985
Seat Tube (ctt): 56cm
Top Tube (ctc): 55cm (22.5in)
Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C front and rear (brake drop of approx 45mm)
Bottom bracket threads: English
Frame Tubing: Reynolds 531C
Campagnolo Brev headset incl.
Raleigh produced many frames in the 1970s and 80s but the nice ones were only made in small numbers. This is one of the Team prestige Replica frames produced in the Lightweight unit after it moved to Nottingham and was built in 1984.
These were built in small batches to order and were made from Reynolds 531C tubing. This one is in sound condition with original paint, minor scratches. Careful retouching would make this frame look quite presentable. It would make a very easy singlespeed or fixed conversion.
