    hi tensile doesn't mean it'll be awful to ride, just that the frame is heavier.

    That's the wheel as far forward as possible in the dropouts, think it would look better closer. Just my opinion.

    Every hi ten bike I've ridden, which is a handful of MTBs and BMXs, have all had the same harsh, dead, jarring and heavy feel. Just my experiences.

    for the record tho like i said, the bikes looks real cool, if they were doing a butted cromo one reasonably priced I'd probably buy it. Would make a great play / canal / city bike. not if its hi ten though.
