Wanted: a spare pair of hands on thurs/fri

I need to move flat on thurs or Friday this week (22nd/23rd) and could do with a spare pair of hand to help me load up and unload a van at both end of the move (from one side of the Nq to the other) should be 2 hours work At the absolute most, probably more like 1.... Can pay in beer, or possibly bike parts depending what anyone wants/what I have...

Can anyone spare the time on thurs/fri...?

Cheers, don't need transport, just manpower.... buy you koffee pot breakfast/curry lunch if you can get round for 9.30 on Fri morning...? should be done by 11.30 at the latest....
