Joe, great to have you on board.
to confirm, there will be riders on Italian fixed gear bikes, but geared racers from past and present, will all be very welcome.

Dear All
Thanks to Bearfoot and Brian for the reccy ride yesterday. We have finalised the precise route, and it is looking good. Hopefully, the weather will be as warm and balmy as yesterday and we had major interests from tourists and passers by to the assembled bikes.
We will start at The Floating Boater, a cafe down on the canal at Littie Venice, post code W2 6NE. We then head along a section of the Regents Canal. then down through Camden to coffees at Sicilian Avenue, past the Royal Courts of Justice (case dismissed, no witnesses) before the trip south over Blackfriars Bridge, right into The Cut, north over Waterloo Bridge, and round the back of the Royal Opera House, to the final destination at Little Italy in Soho.
The section along the canal will be slow, with narrow pathways beside the water, and fair aount of foot traffic, and there are some back doubles we need to do in Camden, and Holborn, to avoid a couple of no left turns and to navigate the one way systems.
I will have the "-ago", "-inerello" and "-ianci" stickers, so do not feel abashed attending, if you do not have an Italian materpiece in your stable.
Regards.
Bernie

Last call for todays ride, commencing at 2:00 pm in Warick Avenue, by Little Venice.
Myself and Bearfoot are meeting at 1:15 in Brixton by the tube station, facing north, before heading westward.
Good luck to everyone attending this and other forum events today. Plenty to tempt you away from the telly and the hoover!
Get out there folks and enjoy this amazing city. It wil not be long before the summer is a distant memory.

Shame that the wheels came off the bus big time, when we hit the Soho Theatre Bar. What is it about Joe Garcia's Guinness that is so irresistable?
No worries Rob. you know where we will be if your plans change.
Please do not let recent nonsense keep you away.
