Right...I arranged to meet up with Russel, NO SHOW, even tho He picked the phone and said he was on his way.
I went up to his house over the weekend (this saturday) and he wasnt there, spoke to his dad, explained everything, he was a bit shocked, specially because it was his paypal, He was polite and asked me for a chance to speak to his son, I did, he got my number and I got his.
Later that day he rang me and asked me to explain it all again, he was with russel, they both asked me if I could get the wheel back, I said it lost its value and I want the money, I said to russel, sell the wheeel and put some money on top and pay me, or a criminal record.
Basically his dad doesnt want to pay for him, which is understandable, we arranged to meet up on monday (yesterday) to get the money, he was going to bring russel...on sunday i got a txt from Russel's dad asking for my bank details, I said i wanted cash as promised on monday.
We met up yestrerday, without Russel, and he gave me the money and told me that Russel hasnt been home since Saturday night and he thinks that Russel has been doing this for his mates, because he has done to 3 people here.
At the end of the day I am glad I got my dosh back including an extra £7 which was he paypal fee for dealing with this.

Solved for me, yes, his dad paid me, lil russel nowhere to be seen according to his dad and his older sister.
