Ollie (forum name?) and I hammered* it back, got to Victoria park at about 7 IIRC. Headwind was a bit of a pain but not as bad as it can be.
Really enjoyed the ride up there, but equally really enjoyed coming back. I'm not sure I could have gone up and back at the speed we came back

no, the headwinds hurt me too, but once we were at the station I felt like a couple more miles would be very welcome...It was good to rattle along the tp at a good pace though. But the wind! In the drops on a towpath, I am so not a hard bastard...
