I made pea, yellow zucchini and mint brown rice risotto today.
Tomorrow, stuffed zucchini flowers with ricotta.
Our veg patch is awesome.

Do you tempura batter your zucchini flowers? I can't move for the buggers at the mo so I'm thinking of giving them a go.
