I bought a second saddle on here a while ago. etiquette minefield. I only discovered afterwards that it reeked of ass crack and sweat. I can't really see any way to avoid this though unless you are happy to sniff the saddle in front of them. I also didn't want to offend by asking for a refund afterwards though. Happy to say that the scent has gradually faded. Please can we set up a charity fund to reimburse others who have also found themselves in this difficult place.

You are too shy to offend the seller but not too shy to admit you sniffed an awful saddle? Ewwww... Conservative values??? LOL!
