I got a reasonable answer back from Addison Lee re my complaint re the video on the previous page of this thread- "In line with our internal disciplinary procedure, the driver has subsequently been interviewed by our Driver Liaison team and the footage has been watched.......[FONT=Verdana]Details of this incident and the disciplinary have been added to the drivers file and he will closely monitored for several months.
