They are the 2009 ones without the nice hard case and I am offering them brand new including postage for £17 cheaper than that, I paid the RRP for them so I don't feel like I was had.

you don't need a receipt by law, just proof of purchase. credit card/bank statment will do, the only way it's not possible is if you paid cash.
