Wanted: Dremel (to borrow!)

I've tried but I can't seem to make a 'pilot line' if you know what I mean. It just goes everywhere.

I've got a dremel and I bought it specifically to cut cleats out of a pair of shoes I bought. I still have the cutting wheels and various fixtures. I'm in Isle of Dogs and work in Covent Garden. If you can make it somewhere in that vicinity to pick up, you can use it.
