Hi,
I have a set of band-on Campagnolo Nuovo Record shifters, but my bike has braze-ons. I can't get the bit with the square hole off the band-on clamp, and it's really only these bits that I need to make the shifters work (see here http://www.lfgss.com/thread45074.html#post1529477)
I'm willing to buy a set of braze-on shifters though as I doubt anyone will just have the square bit, or I'll swap for my band-on fitting.
