Television, drug of the nation

Just finished watching the 10 episodes that make up "Treme" season 1.....
....David Simons latest HBO creation..........Set in Treme,a district of
New Orleans,post Katrina......Was so good I watched it all over 2 days.
Beautifuly made,insanely good music,and a lot of familiar faces from
The Wire,including Wendell Pierce,who played the black cop in The Wire
......was it Bump or Bunk..?...as trombonist Antoine Batiste.....Dont know
when its showing here,I interneted it......Oh and Elvis Costello is in the
first few episodes............Not to be missed......M

Brilliant series innit! Recommended it back when it started, but there wasn't much interest.
