Spotted...

spotted: a courier looking chap on the south side of Waterloo bridge at about 1:15pm. At first I thought he was changing a tube as the front wheel was off to one side. Then I realised the forks had snapped clean off where the crown meets both blades and they were still attached to the wheel.

Unlucky mate.
