Sorry if this is a repost but I'm too rushed today to read all the thread, sawing a slot into a screw or allen head that is rounded is uusually a good route. Then a large flat headed screwdriver into the slot, give it a good hard wack with a hammer to shock it and also get the driver well bedded and hopefully unscrew.
Obviously no use whatsoever on counter sunk screws.
