it's the cheap taiwanese mass produced stovepipe frame from a large corporate bike manufacturer* draped in a bit of bike jewelry. this is what's not working for me.
*do not believe the backstreet marketing of surly they are owned by QBP a $150million importer/distributor/manufactuer
