A few weeks ago we picked up a 50s track tandem with the aim of doing Dunwich on it.
Unfortunately, and yeah we should have seen it coming, we're one part down - the headset. The forks are threaded and closer in size to 1 - 1/8" than 1", but we've tried a 1 - 1/8" threaded and it's a no go.
Digging around it looks like we need a 28mm French threaded headset - I don't suppose anyone can help out?
