Sorry, that's how they were described as they were sold to moi, so thanks for the info, I shall adjust the listing, but they are for tubs and (probably) nearer 700c in size rather than a Wagonwheel but probably less tasty, but someone may want to correct me on that too ;o)

bumphuh? like who said that? they come in all sizes and doesn't exclude a particular size - what are you talking about?

Thanks edmundane, after lots of checking on Sheldon Brown etc and comparing against clincher rims, I had come to the conclusion that irisque was a little wide of the mark... "Sprint Rim was a British term for any rim designed for tubular tyres..."
Have just realized these have been sitting in my office for over four years so would really like to see them moved on to someone who might actually use them:
**Pair of Weimann 906 Race sprint rims, for Tubs. Bright silver finish, brass eyelets, traces of adhesive on rim, otherwise in good used condition round and true. **32H
