Bad traders

Also bought from him, no problems and seemingly good prices.... like someone said people can be busy/on holiday, they're not doing it as their main income... PM generally resolves issues... Don't ban

Has anyone had bad experience with this seller? i.e. Is there a good reason for me to ban him permanently?

I've been advised that he had failed to dispatch some items, but would like some first hand information before I ban him.
