The Bike Rescue Co name was never in question- its entirely aimed at Alex Peacock who DOES appear there- I spoke to him there very recently as per my post- and he shit himself .
The Ian Sikora statement muddies the water further.
Lor- please send your details on transactions to Borntoolate- I'll send you the pm I got from Borntoolate which has his phone number on it, if you need an e-mail address.
The bottom line to me is that Ian is in possesion of Alex's address, and I and others need that for legal action to be taken via Solicitor's letter to the Small Claims Court.
Whether he's been doing other things with the shop is of no direct concern at present.
Update 1 I've just phoned the shop as I want to clearly understand what Ian is saying here, in passing I aksed if Alex was at the shop- and was advised Alex isn't working at the shop any longer
Update 2 I spoke to Mike who called me back on behalf of Ian- another one of the Directors of the shop, and he's checking on the legalities of releasing Alex's address- the shop has to abide by the Data Protection Act, so needs be sure if its ok or not.
Otherwise its a trip to the Plod Stn and see where to go next.
