Bad traders

Has anyone had bad experience with this seller? i.e. Is there a good reason for me to ban him permanently?

I've been advised that he had failed to dispatch some items, but would like some first hand information before I ban him.

I've bought a couple of complete bikes, and lots of bits from him. Have had stuff posted, and met up with him and friends who he's left stuff with in London. Never had a problem, always been very helpful and even hunted down specific parts i was after and at good prices. I wouldn't even consider banning him... some people are busy though and sometimes patience is needed, just my 2 cents.
