I'm quite confident that my Krypto Evo Series 4 lock is kosher. In fact I've bought them for friends as well from the same place. I think I paid 25, compares well to 40 (plus postage?) on Amazon. The Evolution includes an LED lock-light that makes one of the keys look like a car alarm plipper, and a little alloy thing to help make sure that the lock doesn't rattle in the frame mount (don't use it, removable). I've avoided common niggles so far by never wrenching the key in the lock when it's only halfway in (!), and oiling it occasionally.
I didn't bother registering, as I've heard that the replacement key scheme only really works in the US. The worst things I can say about it is that it weighs a bit of course, and each arm has an o-ring on it that makes using a cable loop with it a pain. A decent lock.
