The details are at the link I posted a few messages ago. Can't tell you much more than that really. I can answer specifics about the application process if you want, as I went through it myself 18 months ago.
At the moment I'm in Sarajevo about to head off into the middle of nowhere, so I'm unlikely to have internet access for a while. Will check back on this thread when I'm back in blighty though.
