I've got a no-name 70mm stem that doesn't offer more than average height and some 3TTT 42cm drop bars for £25, or same bars with a 70mm Nitto Technomic (loadsa height) for £37 in SE1.

i've got a pair of Cinelli Del Mondo's - see pics here http://s1029.photobucket.com/albums/y360/blinkproductions/LFGSS%20SALES/ - in almost perfect condition that i'm looking to get rid of...
they're super comfy and great for touring - i did Geneva to Barcelona on them without fault.
and dude - i live in peckham, so i could even drop them off at yours in C'well this weekend...?
£20 and they're yours.
pm me if you're interested! -

cheap and quality stem to fit the CDM's would not be hard...

Thanks very much guys, but can you let me know what clamp size these bars are? And Chriz, how wide are the Cinellis?

hey dude -
i'm 90% sure the measurements are 63 - 40 cm
and that the clamp size is (but i will definitely check) 26.4
hope that helps - again, don't quote me, but i'm almost sure -

Thanks for the responses. I'm sorted now, big thanks to Hutch!
Hi all,
I'm leaving on a short tour (about 700 miles), next Friday morning (16th July). My bike is almost ready except for the above. Clearly I have left this until the last minute, and I'm now praying that someone can sort me out!
The bike is from the 70's, so something in keeping would be great. I need some fairly wide road drops with a short stem (preferably something with a high min insertion mark - though I will consider anything). I would prefer something in good nick, though I'm getting desperate so again, I'll consider anything.
Would prefer that the stem clamp matches the bars as well.
Cheers all, you could really be saving my bacon!!
Jamie.
