To buy that combination you described would cost about £42.00
You will have to be careful as they may have dried out. The way to tell is to open one, probably a minutos and feel it. You will know if its dry.
I would say that you wouldn't have paid anywhere near that in pesos and being that they are a year old £40 is too much.
If they are smokeable probably £20-25 is a better deal.
