not a fan of most pizzas in this country (not being snobby, just don't like the bases you get in most places - it's a personal thing), but another big vote for franco manca - amazing. or homemade. and minimal toppings.
gonna try the dough recipe (thank you nuknow!) any suggestions where to get a really good pizza stone?
