I have a pair of these and i have spent ages trying to find what chain size fit these
could anyone help?

depends on the chainring, i've got both a 3/32 one and a 1/8 one

edit: says bcd 130mm if that's what you're after

trying to build up my bike and need a new chain so cant buy cog or chain without knowing

yep, 1/8" chain works with both 1/8" and 3/32 cogs and chainrings, so buy that and you'll be fine no matter which you have now
