Ive just removed another 2 pieces.
big big still works, and the gears change smoothly on work stand. less noise and changes smoother than before. i dont think i can remove any more links without maxing out the rear mech.
it still skips under power.
with derailuer adjustment i can make either the top or bottom gears work smoothly, but gears in the middle of the casette still skip.
