Bit of googling found this:
http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/HY308Z12-Minoura+Strap-on+Bottle+Boss.aspx?sc=QBIKE&x=ylooks like it might only fit onto the seatpost though. Think it'll have to be a bodge job.

i bought a plastic one from Brixton Cycles 10 years ago....still going strong!!
actually it's two screw tighten plastic bands with which your regular bottle cage can screw into....

metal clamp for pipes + inner tube
yeah, I can just picture that on one of *your *bikes! haha.
Clip on cages are everywhere, most cheap bottle & cage sets come with some clips from what ive noticed. If you go somewhere that isnt a bike shop, like a walmart asda, they usually have stuff like that.
Failing that, just clamp a regular cage onto your frame as others have already described.
But I would reccomend that you use some plastic cable ties, not hose clamps which could significantly damage your frame, and definetely damage paintwork. -

Minoura make one, but it's really fiddly to fit. I'd go with one of the sort that attaches to the saddle rails.

I have a track frame with no holes for a water bottle cage.
Ive seen lots that bolt onto the seat post like this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Alloy-Water-Bottle-Cage-Seat-Post-Mount-Bicycle-MTB-/360220941895?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_SportGoods_CyclAcces_RL&hash=item53ded75e47 Im looking for something that I can take on and off quickly and that doesnt mark the frame or seat post. Like velcro or something. Any Ideas? -

I got one from dicathlon, it wraps around the from with rubber. You still need to unscrew one allen key bolt to take it on and off because the the rubber slots in behide the actually bottle cage. If I was honest its not the best because when a full bottle of water is attached there is the chance for it to slip around when attached to the down tube. Im going to try it again this weekend on the underside of the top tube, I figure it wont move from there.

heheh
ok, the SPP fixer did drop an empty waterbottle on a fast bumpy descent.
The one that dropped 2 was a different one. Trax or something.
so neither of them are that good.
In conclusion: get a camelbak :P -
