I have complained twice to TFL and chose to emit certain details. If they ask then admit, apologise and say it's very out of character and can only be explained as a rash decision after being faced with a potentially life threatening situation.
You'll get a stock reply but they will do something about it so it's defo worth complaining.
It sounds pretty nasty so the driver needs to be taught how to deal with cyclists. Imagine if he did the same to a less capable cyclist, the outcome could have been a lot worse.

Now, does anyone know how to change the date on these cams?
